Barbara’s heart of compassion led her to a career in medicine where she served as a nurse as well as medical doctor and cardiologist-in-training. Although retired for several years, Barbara continues to serve in New Life Christian Fellowship as co-facilitator for the GriefShare program. She brings her personal experience to bear since she was preceded in death by a husband, an adult son to a motorcycle accident, and her one adult daughter to cancer. Barbara enjoys giving support and encouragement to neighbours and fellow believers in her telephone ministry. Barbara joins her husband Keith in serving on the leadership team.
