Craig Minke

Craig is passionate about sharing the gospel, living it out in everyday life, and showing hospitality and love to everyone. Craig and Debbie have three adult children and live in Langley. They have a certified organic blueberry farm and run an import business from their home. Craig loves his family, the church, the great outdoors (especially camping and fishing) and playing games.
Craig started attending church in Yorkton, Saskatchewan as a young teenager. He followed his dream to attend Ambassador College in California and graduated with B.A. majoring in theology. He has lived in the Vancouver area since 1982, serving at our denomination’s Canadian office as the department head for purchasing and mailing. He went to Simon Fraser University at night and earned a Purchasing Management degree with a Supply Chain Management Professional designation. After working in various companies, in 2009 he and his wife Debbie started their own business. In 2012 Craig was asked to become the bi-vocational pastor of New Life Christian Fellowship.

Debbie loves to share her faith, especially musically, which makes her a great fit for Worship Director. She also enjoys children and youth and serves as Family Ministry Director. She serves on the speaking and leadership teams. Debbie loves to serve alongside her husband Craig in ministry, spend time with her family, travel, and if she gets a free moment, ride her bike in the beautiful countryside.

Johannes was born in South Africa and loves to share his faith as well as stories from the African bush. He and his wife Juliet moved to Canada with their family in 2003, settling in White Rock. Johannes is an elder and serves on the speaking team and is the camera crew team leader. He also serves as a life group facilitator.

Juliet immigrated from the Philippines in the 80's, and is a long-serving church member with a compassionate heart. She serves New Life Christian as team leader for Food Services and the Greeting Committee.
mupe kapopo
speaking team, worship team, Facilities
Mupe Kapopo immigrated to Canada in 2018 with his wife Faida and their young children. Mupe was born in Burundi, but was living in the Kakuma Refugee camp in Kenya where he served as a church pastor. He serves in New Life Christian on the speaking team, worship team and facilities.

Originally from the Congo, Job and his wife Imani and their young children immigrated to Canada from Malawi in July, 2019. Job's church leadership in GCI Malawi has prepared him for the valuable roles he fills at New Life. He is our Outreach Director, helping us to love and serve the community in the name of Christ. He leads a Swahili life group and also serves on the speaking team, worship team, and facilities team.

In December, 2018 Aziza immigrated to Canada with her mother and son Alex from Kenya. Aziza loves to lead worship with the Swahili team. She assists in Children's Church and on the Facilities team.

Kylie Buckmaster is passionate about teaching children about Jesus and nurturing their faith. She is enthusiastic and joyful, using her excellent teaching skills with our many children.
